The free plan never expires and needs no credit card. Paid plans raise document, assistant and user limits along with the monthly Kobi Credit allowance.
How Kobi Credits work
Usage in KobiGPT is measured in a single unit called a Kobi Credit. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and both document uploads and assistant messages draw from it.
Uploading and indexing one document costs 0.1 Kobi; an assistant message costs at least 0.1 Kobi. The real cost of a message depends on how long the generated answer is, with output weighted more heavily than input. All values are rounded to one decimal place.
The model exists to keep spend predictable: when the allowance runs out there is no surprise invoice — usage stops and you can upgrade.

Is the free plan really unlimited in time?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and does not ask for a credit card.
What happens when Kobi Credits run out?
New queries stop while your existing chat history stays accessible. You can upgrade or wait for the next period.
Do the prices include tax?
Listed amounts are the monthly subscription fee. Applicable taxes are shown separately on the invoice.
When does a plan change take effect?
Upgrades unlock the new limits immediately, and the monthly Kobi allowance renews against the new plan.
Why is there no price for Enterprise?
Enterprise is quoted per organisation because it covers custom model support, SSO/LDAP and on-premise deployment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed through PayTR with credit and debit cards.
