Microsoft 365 Copilot Alternative
One question must be answered before any switching decision: where do your documents actually live?
TL;DR
KobiGPT focuses on isolated RAG assistants over your documents with SME-friendly pricing. Microsoft 365 Copilot is stronger for Microsoft 365 workflows—compare citations, hosting, and TR support.

Inventory first, decide second
The step most often skipped when evaluating a move away from an ecosystem product is the inventory. Companies typically say "our content is in M365", but the real distribution differs: some in SharePoint, some in personal OneDrive folders, a significant share in email attachments, and probably some still on a local file server.
A comparison made without that inventory is misleading. If the large majority of your content really does sit in well-organised SharePoint libraries, the ecosystem advantage is real and staying may be the better call. If it is scattered, you face a collection exercise either way — and the choice of target product becomes open.
Why the cost curve differs
In a per-seat licence model, cost is set by headcount; usage intensity does not change the price. In a 60-person company where only 10 people will use it heavily, the licensing decision is still usually made for a broad group.
KobiGPT combines a plan quota with usage metering. The Starter plan covers 15 users, 1000 documents, and 1000 Kobi per month. For the SME profile of few but heavy users that produces a different curve — and the gap widens further when headcount is large but usage is sparse.
What you gain and what you lose
The loss is clear: direct access to SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams content. KobiGPT has no ready SharePoint connector, so that content requires export and upload into KobiGPT. This is the main line item in migration cost and should not be underestimated.
The gain is local integration and scope separation. Ready connectors exist for Paraşüt accounting, Tek Sistem ERP, and Turkish legal sources, and department templates are written around VAT, labour law, and data-protection contexts. For an SME operating in Turkey, those items can offset the migration cost.
