  • Cloud infrastructure: Platform data is processed and stored in GCP and AWS data centres (USA, EU countries).
  • AI processing: User data is processed momentarily on overseas servers of LLM providers. This data is not stored permanently.
  • Payment transactions: Payments are made via the secure PayTR infrastructure. Credit card details are not stored on Company servers.
  • Enterprise plan: A Turkey-located server option is offered for corporate customers under a special agreement.

5. Special Categories of Personal Data

The Platform is not designed to process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, genetic data, criminal convictions, trade union membership, etc.). Under our Terms of Service, Users must not upload such data to the Platform.
