2. Service Description

KobiGPT is a SaaS platform offering AI-powered digital business assistant services. The services offered are entirely digital; no physical product delivery is made.

The Platform operates on overseas server infrastructure of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS) under standard subscription plans.

3. Digital Service Delivery

  • Service access is activated immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • Account activation details are sent to the email address provided at registration.
  • The service can be used from any device with an internet connection via https://kobigpt.com.
  • All features included in the subscription plan become available upon account activation.

4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and contracts relating to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The right of withdrawal ends when the user begins actively using the service.

4.2. Refund Conditions

Refund requests are considered in the following cases:

  • A full refund is made if the service cannot be used at all due to a technical problem.
  • A partial or full refund may be made if the service does not meet the promised features.
  • A full refund is made in cases of payment error or duplicate payment.

4.3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected]. Requests are evaluated within 10 business days at the latest. Approved refunds are processed via the PayTR infrastructure within 14 business days at the latest through the payment method used.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. For cancelled subscriptions, service use continues until the end of the current period. If cancelled before a new period begins, no fee is charged.

6. Payment Information

Payments are made via the secure PayTR payment infrastructure. Visa, MasterCard, Troy and American Express credit/debit cards are accepted. All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure. Credit card details are not stored on Company servers.
