2. Personal Data to Be Transferred Abroad

Your account information, usage data and content you upload to the Platform are transferred to the overseas service providers specified below:

2.1. Cloud Infrastructure

  • Provider: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Location: United States of America, European Union countries
  • Purpose: Processing and storage of Platform data
  • Data transferred: Account information, platform usage data, uploaded content

2.2. Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Processing

  • Provider: Third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers
  • Location: Overseas, primarily the USA
  • Purpose: Delivery of AI-powered services
  • Data transferred: Text, documents and data you submit for AI processing
  • Note: Data transmitted to LLM providers is processed momentarily and is not stored permanently.

2.3. Analytics Services

  • Provider: Google Analytics and similar analytics tools
  • Location: USA and other countries
  • Purpose: Collection of platform usage statistics
  • Data transferred: IP address, browser information, usage data

3. Legal Basis for Transfer

Transfer of data abroad is based on KVKK Art. 9; standard contracts concluded or to be concluded with cloud infrastructure providers and your explicit consent stated herein.

4. Your Rights

Your rights regarding your personal data under KVKK Art. 11 are reserved. You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time. However, withdrawal of explicit consent may prevent the Platform services from being provided.

5. Explicit Consent Statement

I ACCEPT AND DECLARE that, within the scope explained in detail above, my personal data may be transferred to servers of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), LLM providers and analytics service providers located abroad (primarily the USA and EU countries) for the purpose of providing KobiGPT platform services; that I am aware this transfer means my personal data will be processed and stored on overseas servers; that I have been informed about the risks of this transfer; and that I give my explicit consent of my own free will.

Note: Consent given electronically via the Platform is also accepted as a valid explicit consent statement.
